You can delete your Lane Dominion account and the personal data linked to it at any time, without reinstalling the app. Offline play (tutorial, practice against bots) stores data only on your device; uninstalling the app removes it.
In the app
Open Settings → Delete account, read what will be removed and type DELETE to confirm. The account is deleted at once.
By email
If you no longer have the app or the phone:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Include your display name as shown in the game, and the platform you play on (iPhone / iPad or Android).
- We may ask a short question to confirm that the account is yours.
What is deleted
- Your account record and display name.
- The link to your platform player ID (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games) and all sign-in sessions.
- Your ranked points, leaderboard entries, per-nation statistics and game progress.
- Your friends, friend requests, blocks, party membership and invites.
- Your gold, the items you own and wear, quest and reward progress, notification tokens and the reports you made.
What is kept
Matches you played remain in the other players' match histories so their records and ratings stay consistent, but without your account, display name or platform ID. We keep purchase transaction records for as long as tax and consumer law require, and minimal records needed to prevent abuse (for example, the anonymous install-ID hash that stops an invite code being redeemed twice).
Timelines
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days; the deletion itself happens in one step on our server. Database backups may take up to a further 30 days to be overwritten.
Data held by Apple or Google (for example your Game Center or Play Games profile) is controlled by them; delete it in your Apple or Google account settings.
